Contract Administration - We can take the hassle out of your project and provide you with peace of mind that your project is being overseen by an experienced independent professional.
Our Contract Administration starts with us preparing a Schedule of Works, which we then issue to contractors to obtain competitive tender prices from experienced builders. After which, we will evaluate the tenders and provide our recommended contractor for the project.
During the construction phase, we will liaise with the contractor and other parties to aid in the smooth running of the project. We will also undertake site visits to inspect the quality of the works, evaluate payment certificates from the builder against actual works completed, and aid in ensuring that any snags are completed at the end of the project.
On completion of the project, we can provide a Practical Completion Certificate or a Certificate of Structural Adequacy for the project, as may be required.
Solar Panel Appraisal - We can assist with undertaking a review of a existing roof structure and its suitability for the installation of solar panels. Our services include structural calculations to determine if the existing roof structure is adequate or if any strengthening would be required.
