We work with architects, surveyors, estate agents, private clients, contractors, loss adjusters, developers and many others. Focusing and specialising in the domestic sector, we also provide our consulting services to the smaller commercial, industrial and education sectors.

A highly qualified, experienced and fully accredited professional practice. All structural designs and surveys are either undertaken by, or reviewed by a Chartered Engineer, who will be registered with the following professional bodies:

About our Founder and Director
Founded by David Gierke, a Chartered Engineer with almost two decades of experience in a wide range of structural engineering projects.
He started his career at a large international consulting firm where he worked on a variety of structural projects, large and small. He also had the opportunity to work on unique projects from around the world. He then moved to a smaller practice in the South East of England where he honed his skills in the local domestic and small commercial market.
David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, obtained with First-Class Honours, and graduated top of his class. He then progressed with his Master’s Degree specialising in Structural Engineering.
After several years of experience he pursued professional registration as a Chartered Engineer to demonstrate his knowledge, ability and competence within the industry.
